GREYDOVE PUPPY AGREEMENT
A Weimaraner or Lagotto puppy bred by Greydove Kennels and registered with DogsNSW has been sold to the buyer on the following terms and conditions:
1. A pet PUPPY is defined here to be a purebred puppy which is in good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the breed . This PUPPY is purebred and is registered with DogsNSW.
2. Either one or both parents of this PUPPY have had x-rays to establish that they are free of hip dysplasia.
3. The BREEDER guarantees the PUPPY to be healthy at the time of the sale.
4. The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to puppy after the BUYER has taken delivery of the PUPPY.
5. Should the BUYER feel it necessary for any reason to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery; and should there be any question as to the health of the PUPPY, then such veterinary examination will only be supported by the BREEDER if the check is taken out by our vet, Dr Robert Zammit.
6. All appropriate vaccinations for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.
7. The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm treatment, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health. The BUYER acknowledges that the BREEDER suggests only C3 vaccinations be given to the PUPPY unless a kennel cough vaccination is needed for boarding kennels and cannot guarantee the health of the puppy should vaccinations other than a C3 be administered.
8. The BREEDER warrants that it has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies both by breeding only dogs (parents) that are certified free of hip dysplasia, and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.
9. The BUYER agrees that neither he/she nor the BUYER'S estate/executors may sell this PUPPY or transfer ownership of this PUPPY without the BREEDER'S knowledge and consent.
10. The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy and/or for any reason surrenders the puppy for any reason, the puppy is to be returned to the BREEDER. No refund of monies will be given.
11. The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any changes of address during the PUPPY'S lifetime.
12. The Buyer agrees to provide a suitable fenced area for this puppy.
