Welcome to Greydove news for 2017...

Where did 2017 go?

The year seems to have slipped by and we have not reported for some months.

Tyler and Breeze again dominated NSW for the year although we didn't show as much as previous years.

Some top achievements include:

Tyler - #1 All Breeds & Breed Points Dogzonline Pointscore for Weimaraners
Tyler - Weimaraner of the Year, Dog of the Year, Weimaraner Club of NSW Inc
Graded excellent for the second time at the 2017 National and placed in the Open Dog class.
Significant wins for the year include Dog Challenge Specialty, Group 4 Canberra Extravaganza, RU BIS All Breeds, Best In Show Northern Gundog Society

Breeze - Weimaraner Bitch of the Year, Weimaraner Club of NSW Inc
Breeze won Best of Breed, RU Best in Group at Canberra Royal 2017, this was the largest Group entry Nationally won by a Weimaraner for 2017.

Thyme is now closing in on her Championship title and finished the year as RU Junior of the Year, Weimaraner Club of NSW Inc
Graded Very Promising at the 2017 National

Our small team will increase in 2018 with the addition of some youngsters from America and we will announce these to everyone shortly.

In the meantime, we would like to wish everyone a wonderful New Year.

Country trip!

Took a drive over the Blue Mountains to the Lithgow show at Rydal on Saturday, it was nice to get out of Sydney and the usual places we show the dogs....under Miss C Baker (NSW) Tyler won BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP in fine company.  Thyme was BCC RUBOB and Frisco was shortlisted in the 3-6 months sweepstakes. No photos of Tyler's win although this being his 6th show for the year its his 3rd Best Exhibit in Group along with taking out RU Best in Show last week. Not a bad start.

Updated photo of the Frisco kid.

Canberra Royal 2017

Great results for our team at Canberra Royal, this was Frisco's first show and he showed with a very happy attitude, Thyme won her Junior Bitch class and Breeze won Best of Breed..she then went on to win Runner Up Best Exhibit in Group under Croatian judge Mr Boris Spoljaric.

The New Year

Our 'real' first show for the year was at The Sydney Kennel club under Gundog specialist Ann O'Keefe (NSW) where Tyler won Best Exhibit in Group!
A great start to the year!
